During our structured 45-minute session, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how our solutions empower our members to reach their personal and professional milestones.
YOUTH Leadership Program 10-18 Years Old
Our mission is to explicitly teach youth leadership skills and empower young people to address issues that impact their communities.
Second Saturday sessions run from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM and include:
• Authentic dialogue
• Empowerment workshops on leadership styles, characteristics, and transformational leadership behaviors
• Community projects for applying learned skills in meaningful ways
Rooted in research on communalism (Boykin & Bailey, 2000) and empowerment practice (Prilleltensky, 1997), our program intentionally encourages shared power, collaboration, and active youth participation in community change.
The sessions cost $25.00 per participant per month. We aim to remove financial barriers so youth from diverse backgrounds can take part.
Special sessions may have fees in the following cases:
• Special-topic workshops or advanced training modules that require outside instructors or licensed materials.
• Sessions that include off-site field experiences, transportation, or venue rental.
• Community projects that require purchased materials or permits (participants may be asked to contribute, or a suggested donation may be requested).
• Optional add-ons such as extended mentorship, certification, or printed resource packets.
